Leo Downer is the Director of Operations for Equinox Care, one of the founder members of the Social Interest Group. Leo brings to Equinox Care and the Social Interest Group over 25 years of working in health, substance misuse, and regional and national crime and drug reduction.

Gill Arukpe

Gill Arukpe

Gill is Group Chief Executive and an Executive Trustee of the Social Interest Group. Gill established the Social Interest Group in September 2014, creating a flat governance structure which allows her to oversee Penrose Options, Penrose Works Ltd and Equinox Care (the three founder members of the Social Interest Group).

Antony Miller

Antony Miller

Antony Miller is the Director of Operations for Penrose Options, one of the founder members of the Social Interest Group.

He currently leads the delivery of Penrose’s social care and recovery services, for people who have multiple needs ranging from forensic mental health, personality disorders, offenders

Christine Jones

Christine Jones

Christine (Chris) Jones joined the Metropolitan Police Service in November 1986, following a four-year management-training course with Harrods. Between January 1998 and 2001 she worked as a uniformed Inspector at Tower Hamlets Borough, both as a Community Inspector and in charge of 24-hour response duties.

Cllr Jacqui Dyer

Jacqui Dyer was educated at London universities, where she completed post graduate research in decision-making within children’s’ social care services. Currently an independent health and social care consultant with a background in adult mental health commissioning as well as community and family social work.
